Everything was nice, magnificent location close to tube station and bus stop and many halal restaurants, the underground at night, and Hyde park and Marble arch, really nice experience. I had a silent club double room with a lovely view of the sunset. I appreciated both wake-up service and comfy bed. Amicable and gentle staff plus the breakfast was warm. Great service was provided.

The venue was clean and the staff were obliging. Executive twin room was updated. - the location was great, relatively close to Hyde Park. - the in-house restaurant was pleasant, with exceptional service. - the stay was absolutely great. Rewritten: The Norfolk Towers Paddington in London was spotless, and the staff were very helpful. Our executive twin room felt modern and fresh. the hotel is conveniently situated near Hyde Park. We enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, where the service was top-notch. Overall, our stay was fantastic.

I hated this hotel!! The elevator was rickety, the stairs were dangerous, the breakfast was non-existent, the room was hot, the location is bad, and we had no hot water or water pressure. They were nice enough to let me us another room to take a shower, but the shower there was so small I couldn't move and it was moldy!! Not a good hotel!

Our bed had what appeared to be broken springs on one side. Discussed with staff who offered another room. For a couple of reasons we did declined. They said they would look at the bed however there was no feedback to us and the mattress was still on the bed for our second night. We emailed them to ensure this problem is resolved for others... Again no feedback. Traveled a lot and never seen a bed in this condition.
Clean and good location when travelling. Close to Paddington station.
Poor communication and feedback re customer concerns.

Sorry - there is nothing at all I could say positive about my stay at the Norfolk Towers
Awful tatty room. Bed sloped making it impossible to sleep properly as I was hanging on to the matress most of the night. Threadbare carpet with tape over it, single glazed window which does not block out any sound from the street and its on a route that drunks take all night as they head home shouting and yelling at the tops of their lungs, the bath leaked and flooded the room below me so I had reception in and out asking me not to shower or use the facilities. All this for £120.00 a night. The type of place that makes you ashamed that tourists will visit this country, pay that ridiculous sum of money for a truly appallling hotel and think that this is what Britain is like.

The location of this place was great for our visit to Hyde Park, and the room was modern and recently renovated with a comfortable bed and bath, all at a reasonable price.

Very good location, all tourist attractions of London are within 30 minutes of walking. Hyde Park is 5 minutes by foot. Nice continental breakfast. Bus and tube stations almost at the doorstep.
The price seems to high. Rooms are very small. Bathroom equipment is out of date, however it still works ok.

First, I was put in a small room, next to the Airco equipment. The sound was even worse then a passing tube. Finally they moved me to a quiet room, but this was smaller then a closet, with a bathroom of 1 square metre. All together, way too much money for what has been offered.

The room was good sized and the bathroom was clean. They offered a tasteful and amazing packed breakfast for vegetarians.- The staff was affable and provided great service.- The hotel is conveniently located just next door to the tube and railway station.

The hotel did not have any a/C. It also had very poor ventilation. The bed was from another era and the bathroom too was poor in design and fittings. Nothing convenient about this hotel except its location.
